Acrelec America is committed to the complete satisfaction of you, our customers, and we have developed support, training and service offerings to help you receive the highest return on your investment.

Telephone Support 

Our customer support line is available Monday thru Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM EST.

After hours support is available daily from 5:30PM to 12:00AM EST with two-hour response time.

All support calls received on holidays will be returned the following business day in the order they are received. Holidays include: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday.

Field Engineering

If you need us in the field, we’ll be there with the technicians, tools and talent to solve any operational issue.

Field Engineers are dispatched nationally and areengeneering1-400x400 capable of providing full engineering support for your project, rollout or troubleshooting issue. Our engineers are available for dispatch on an as needed basis to troubleshoot and resolve issues rapidly with as little impact on your operation as possible.

Our Field Engineering Services include:

o   National onsite support for equipment configuration, software and hardware upgrades
o   Site surveys and audits
o   Equipment layout and space planning
o   AutoCAD design and 3D modeling services
o   Power Engineering
o   Drive-thru planning and implementation

 

Replacement Parts

Acrelec America is known for its Advance Exchange Program. For parts covered under warranty, replacement parts are shipped upon request including a pre-paid return label to return equipment within 30 days.

Our goal is to ensure that our users understand how to work with and protect Acrelec products. Training can be secured by contacting your sales executive.
